We’re working with a leading Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Surveying firm specializing in land development, seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) with 10+ years of experience and strong CAD skills. Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee staking, boundary, topographic, and drone survey projects.
• Supervise survey operations, ensuring project coordination and quality.
• Prepare and process critical property documents (parcel maps, surveys, ALTA/NSPS, etc.).
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Represent the firm in meetings and public hearings.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of land surveying experience.
• PLS License required.
• Strong experience in boundary, ALTA, topographic surveys, and construction staking.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
