Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery with the highest quality standards.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Budget & Schedule Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Monitor costs and implement cost-control measures.
- Maintain detailed project schedules to meet all milestones.
- Contract Administration: Oversee contracts, subcontracts, and change orders while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Problem-Solving & Quality Control:
- Proactively identify issues and implement solutions.
- Monitor work progress for adherence to specifications, safety, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in commercial construction project management.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Education: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
- Communication & Problem-Solving:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to keep projects on track.
