Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

  • Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow

  • Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders

  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify potential risks or conflicts

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports

  • Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers

  • Ensure all safety and quality standards are met or exceeded

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction

  • Experience with ground-up, renovation, or tenant improvement projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

  • Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
