The ideal Head Flour Miller candidate will be able to complete the following duties as well as having the following requirements.
Head Flour Miller Responsibilities
• Supervise, mentor, and train other flour millers
• Schedule shifts and assign tasks
• Oversee the entire flour milling process
• Safety and compliance management
• Work with team to schedule mill operations and maintenance
Head Flour Miller Requirements
• 5-7 years of flour milling experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Degree in Milling Science or related field is preferred
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
