Superintendent Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent • B.S. in a construction-related field preferred (equivalent experience considered) • Strong knowledge of safety procedures and a proven record of enforcing them • Ability to effectively supervise field staff and subcontractors • Thorough understanding of construction processes to ensure projects finish on time and within budget
