In this full-time, onsite position, the Maintenance Manager will take ownership of the entire maintenance function within a fast-paced food production environment. You’ll lead a skilled team, ensure equipment reliability, and collaborate closely with leadership to support plant performance and continuous improvement.

Overview: 

  • Overseeing all maintenance operations including preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and troubleshooting

  • Leading and developing a maintenance team across shifts

  • Managing and executing projects to improve uptime, efficiency, and safety

  • Working closely with operations leadership on facility improvements and planning

  • Maintaining compliance with food safety and regulatory standards

  • Driving a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence
