Survey CAD Technician in Novi

Job Description

I am partnered with a leading multi-disciplined consulting firm that offers a full range of services to both public and private sector clients and they are looking to add a CAD Technician (Survey & Civil) to their team. This will be an in-office position.

Responsibilities:

• Residential and Commercial projects
• Draw up topos, LIDAR data, put together existing plans, assist in boundaries, exhibit b docs
• Analyze surveys, field notes, maps, aerial photographs, and other materials to identify potential project constraints and the best approach in developing and completing projects on time and on budget
• Provide CAD plan development and preparation for projects mainly in the areas of DOT and Country highways, local roads, and public works infrastructure projects

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of experience 
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D
• Survey experience / civil background
