CNC Programmer – Precision Machining Location: Central Utah

What You’ll Do as a CNC Programmer:
- Create and refine CNC programs using MasterCam and Fusion360 to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Set up and program a variety of CNC machines, including 2-axis lathes, multi-spindle/multi-turret lathes, and 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling machines.
- Work with top-tier equipment such as Haas, Okuma, and Eurotech (experience with these is a plus).
- Perform first-article programming and inspections using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) to guarantee top-quality output.
- Interpret technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and machining specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes for speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
What You Bring as a CNC Programmer:
- 10+ years of CNC programming and machining experience.
- Proficiency in CNC programming, machining techniques, and CAD/CAM software (MasterCam & Fusion360 preferred).
- Strong understanding of machining speeds, feeds, and materials.
- Experience with CMM programming for quality verification.
- Deep knowledge of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
