Insurance Underwriter: Excess and Surplus Lines

Property and Casualty Insurance Underwriter New York, NY

• Underwrite new & renewal business submissions and determine suitability of risks and proper pricing levels
• Provide superior customer service to brokers and/or insureds in a proactive and timely fashion
• Identify new opportunities for business growth through communication with brokers and insureds
• 2 Years Property and Casualty experience required
• Excess and surplus lines experience required
• High attention to detail
• Team player with a positive work attitude, effective written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and good relationship skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
