Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in construction to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering top-tier luxury residential projects, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely completion. Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers and superintendents in the day-to-day operations of high-end residential projects.
• Assist in the preparation and review of project schedules, budgets, and contracts.
• Track project milestones and assist in problem-solving on-site challenges.
• Coordinate communication between subcontractors, vendors, and the project team.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Help ensure projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Assist in quality control and jobsite inspections to ensure work meets the company's high standards.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in construction
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.) a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and best practices.
