Compensation: Up to $140,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage the daily operations of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive field experience and a strong background in K-12, higher education, or municipal construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor site safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues.
- Maintain detailed daily reports of project progress, including labor, equipment, and materials.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project status.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on K-12, higher education, or municipal projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore or similar).
- OSHA certification and other relevant safety training preferred.
