Plant Manager – Northwest of Minneapolis, MN

I am working with a top 10 swine integrator seeking a Plant Manager just northwest of Minneapolis, MN. Looking for a strong leader with prior feed mill or grain facility experience who can hit the ground running. Plant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day mill operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Manage and develop an established team of operations employees.
  • Implement strategic production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance with OSHA, FDA, and environmental standards.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance.

Plant Manager Requirements:

  • Prior leadership experience in a feed mill or grain facility.
  • Strong background in production management, safety, and compliance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues.
  • Experience in budgeting and cost control.

Compensation: $100K-$140K base DOE + bonus potential.
