About the Company:
Our client is a respected, locally owned food manufacturer with over 30 years of delivering fresh, high-quality dairy products. As they continue to expand, they’re seeking a Production Supervisor to lead their night shift team and contribute to the company’s continued success.

Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. The Production Supervisor will manage a highly skilled team, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality are met during the night shift. You’ll work closely with other department heads to drive continuous improvement and maintain a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach production staff to meet shift goals in safety, efficiency, and product quality

  • Collaborate with other night shift departments to ensure smooth operational flow

  • Monitor inventory, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure maintenance support as needed

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and company policies (GMPs, HACCP, etc.)

  • Serve as a communication bridge between staff and upper management regarding shift performance

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in dairy or pasteurized food manufacturing

  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and production best practices

  • Confident, collaborative leadership style with clear communication skills

  • Ability to operate and understand production equipment and performance data

  • Experience with inventory or production tracking systems preferred
