Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their mobility and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough physical evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on each patient’s unique functional needs.
  • Provide physical therapy interventions in alignment with the MD State Practice Act, including exercises, modalities, and other therapeutic techniques.
  • Work closely with patients and their families to educate them on home-based therapy programs, equipment usage, and functional improvements.
  • Participate in case conferences and staff meetings to ensure coordinated care and patient progress.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland, with at least one year of experience in the field (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently, managing your own caseload while contributing to a supportive team environment.
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills, with a compassionate approach to helping others.

Special Requirements:

  • Ability to work a rotating Saturday schedule.
  • Current CPR, TB clearance, and annual influenza vaccination.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with adequate auto insurance coverage.
