Audit Manager

Location: Columbus, OH

Overview

A well-established regional CPA and advisory firm is seeking an Audit Manager in Columbus (hybrid). You will lead client engagements, oversee day-to-day engagement operations and serve as a trusted advisor to clients across a diverse range of industries.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while leading audit, consulting and compliance engagements
• Apply technical accounting and financial reporting standards to help clients address complex needs
• Lead the development of effective audit approaches using applicable standards
• Manage engagement workflow, timelines and team resources
• Monitor engagement profitability and support billing analysis
• Coach, mentor and motivate team members
• Grow your professional network through community and industry events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• CPA certification
• Construction and/or retail industry experience preferred
• Ability to extract, analyze, visualize and present data clearly
• Strong leadership, training and mentoring skills
