• Lead the team – Inspire, mentor, and empower exceptional nursing staff
• Set the standard – Create and implement high-impact care policies
• Grow talent – Recruit, train, and develop a strong clinical team
• Stay sharp – Manage staffing, training, compliance, and clinical outcomes
• Be the anchor – Make critical decisions, handle incidents, and protect residents
• Put care first – Prioritize health, dignity, and compassion in all you do

What You Bring:

• Active RN license (state-specific)
• 5+ years in LTC, with 3+ years in leadership
• Confident leadership with a clear head and full heart
