• Prepare motions for federal and state court, showcasing proficiency in legal writing.
• Skillfully prepare cases for trial, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the legal process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an employment litigator.
• Strong academic background and outstanding credentials.
• In-depth knowledge of State and Federal fair employment laws, wage-hour laws, FMLA, and related legislation.
• Proven experience in case preparation related to employment matters.
