Supports field operations on mid- to large-scale commercial construction projects. Works under the lead superintendent to maintain safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
Assist in daily field coordination and workforce oversight.
Conduct safety walks and maintain site documentation.
Track material deliveries and equipment needs.
Communicate with subcontractors regarding daily priorities.
Report progress to project leadership.
2+ years field construction experience.
Strong communication and field coordination skills.
Understanding of commercial construction sequencing and trades.
Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
