A respected and growing litigation firm is seeking a Trial Attorney to join its team in Miami. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney who thrives in the courtroom and wants to take on significant responsibility in high-value cases within a supportive, team-driven environment.
What They’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years of litigation experience with trial exposure; first- or second-chair trial experience strongly preferred
Skills: Proven ability to manage discovery, draft pleadings and motions, handle depositions, and advocate effectively in hearings and trial
Licensed: Active member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
Mindset: Confident, proactive litigator with strong client service skills and the ability to handle complex matters independently while working collaboratively with a team
