Position Overview: As an Associate Attorney, your primary focus will be on contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate disputes, and easement actions. While prior business litigation experience is preferred, candidates with any litigation background are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a diverse caseload of business-related litigation matters.
  • Drafting legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery.
  • Providing strategic legal advice to clients.
  • Representing clients in court, at hearings, and in settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborating with other attorneys and staff to manage cases effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 7-15 years of litigation experience. Any type of litigation background will be considered.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative and collegial attitude.
