Our firm is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney with 4–8 years of experience to join our dynamic Litigation Department in St. Louis. The ideal candidate brings strong litigation experience, excellent judgment, and a commitment to providing outstanding client service. This is an opportunity to work with a respected team on complex, diverse matters while taking on meaningful responsibility from day one.
Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
Business Litigation
Complex Commercial Litigation
Real Estate Litigation
General Civil Litigation
Trusts & Estates Litigation
Handle all phases of litigation matters, including research, drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Independently manage multiple cases and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Provide practical, strategic, and solution-oriented counseling to clients.
Analyze complex legal and business issues and develop effective case strategies.
Draft high-quality legal documents, including briefs, motions, memoranda, and correspondence.
Work collaboratively with partners, associates, paralegals, and staff on litigation matters.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal teams.
Maintain high professional standards, sound judgment, and integrity in client representation.
J.D. from an accredited law school with 4–8 years of litigation experience.
Strong academic credentials.
Experience managing litigation matters independently.
Excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Commitment to responsibility, client service, and professional excellence.
Active bar license in Missouri (Illinois bar admission is a plus).
