Dental Malpractice Attorney in New York

Position: Associate Attorney
Location: New York City

Overview:
A clients of mine is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in Dental Malpractice and/or Medical Malpractice defense litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in defense litigation cases involving General Liability, Auto, Commercial Motor Vehicle, and/or Dental/Medical Malpractice
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions (virtually or in-person as needed)
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes
• Advise clients on risk management and best practices in litigation defense

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 5–8 years of litigation defense experience in the relevant areas
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Westlaw and case management systems
• Strong ability to manage cases and deadlines independently
