Are you an experienced Project Manager/Estimator in the drywall industry looking for your next career move? A leading drywall company in Winter Haven, FL has partnered with gpac (Growing People and Companies) to find a driven and detail-oriented professional to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids for drywall and related scopes
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and schedules
Coordinate with field supervisors and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery
Conduct project site visits and assess progress and quality
Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Analyze completed projects for profit margins and areas of improvement
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in drywall estimating and project management
Proficiency in construction software and estimating tools
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (DOE)
Paid Time Off: 2 weeks
Truck Allowance
Medical Benefits: Company pays a percentage of employee coverage
End-of-Year Bonus: Based on profitability of projects managed
