Job Description: They are seeking an associate attorney to manage family law cases with legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contracts, and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide excellent customer experience for them. Associates must be licensed in NC.

Responsibilities:

  • The associate attorney will manage family law cases with legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts and advocating for clients in court
  • This individual will build client relationships and provide excellent customer experience for them
  • Provide legal support to clients and assist other attorneys
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Prepare legal reports and documents Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong legal knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Admission to the North Carolina State Bar
  • 5+ years of SOLID experience practicing family law
  • Appear and litigate in Court
  • Complete Billable Hours (Determined by experience)
  • Book of Business (NOT REQUIRED)
