Custom Machinery Mechanic/Builder

We’re looking for a hands-on individual who’s eager to learn and grow in the world of custom machine building. You’ll work in a clean, modern facility alongside experienced professionals who offer mentorship and on-the-job training. What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with metal forming machinery, CNC, lathes, mills, drill presses, or surface grinders.
• Interest in learning machine assembly, debugging, and installation.
• Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges.
• Team player who’s open to learning and working with others.
• Focused on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Help create, design, assemble machines and ensure parts fit and function properly.
• Learn from lead builders and follow established processes.
• Perform machining or adjustments as needed.
• Work with engineers, electricians, and others to solve build issues.
• Keep up with new technology and safety standards.
