We are partnering with a great company based out of OKC who is urgently looking for exceptional and highly motivated Resident Engineer (P.E.) to lead our Construction Management Division.

They are looking for an exceptional and highly motivated Resident Engineer (P.E.) to lead our Construction Management Division *MUST HAVE A PE

  • Lead and facilitate all construction meetings, including regular progress updates with contractors and relevant stakeholders; document and report any project issues or concerns as they arise.
  • Review and approve contractor submittals and payment applications on a recurring basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance; assist in contract close-out procedures.
  • Consult with project managers and clients to address and resolve deviations from specified construction materials or procedures.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and oversight on construction and design-related matters during field operations.
  • Supervise and support the performance of construction inspection and administrative staff, ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards.
  • Track construction progress against the approved schedule; analyze and review contractor progress reports to ensure milestones are met.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the general contractor, facilitating communication and negotiating change orders as required.
  • Manage and ensure quality assurance for construction inspection and materials testing activities on highway and roadway projects, verifying compliance with all plans and specifications.
  • Oversee and coordinate the preparation and review of all project documentation, including but not limited to: materials certifications, D.B.E. tracking, change orders, initial residency audits, inspections, surveys, utility relocation verifications, and plan reviews.
