Job Description

Our client is seeking a Director of Operations to lead their Liquid Waste Division, overseeing liquid waste and fence services across multiple locations. This role requires a strategic leader with strong operational expertise to drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, customers, and regulatory agencies.
• Manage supervisors across service, call center, routing, and installation teams.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Oversee fleet and route management, ensuring optimal service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Build and maintain client relationships while driving new business opportunities.
• Mentor and train staff, fostering a high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of operations management experience, preferably in sanitation or related industries.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in financial management, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations software.
