Lead structural design and manage projects (buildings, renovations, additions).
Prepare detailed drawings, designs, and specifications in line with code requirements.
Collaborate with architects, clients, contractors, and local agencies.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong team culture.
Stay current with evolving codes, materials, and best practices.
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field.
PE license required.
7–15 years of structural engineering experience.
Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural design software.
Strong knowledge of Wisconsin building codes and regulations.
