Seeking a 10+ years' experienced Senior Attorney in Insurance Defense with a focus on General Liability and Casualty Insurance, Insurance Fraud matters. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are looking to continue to hone their skills by handling case files with autonomy. The ideal candidate will be open to multiple practice areas and have the ability to handle a variety of defense work. This is a daily in-office role, with full staff support, in a collegial, boutique firm environment with newly renovated offices.
Areas of practice include: Catastrophic Liability Defense, Commercial Auto and Trucking, Construction Defect, General Liability.
Duties and responsibilities:

Draft discovery, requests, responses, legal research

Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions

Strong written and verbal communication
For the determined and motivated individual seeking career development and Partnership track, we are offering a base salary range of $150K - $180K, determined based experience and skill set. Additional details about the benefits will be provided during the hiring process.
