Tax Senior Manager/Director - Growing CPA Firm (Pennsylvania)

A highly respected and growing CPA firm in Pennsylvania is looking to add a Tax Senior Manager/Director to their team. This stable and client-focused firm delivers deep expertise in tax compliance and consulting across a variety of industries. Due to continued growth, there is an opportunity for an experienced tax professional to oversee operations at one of their two locations and contribute to the firm's success in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Tax Senior Manager/Principal Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of one of the firm's two locations
  • Manage client relationships from end to end, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Build and strengthen client relationships through strategic advising and regular communication
  • Provide tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base
  • Oversee tax engagements and ensure quality deliverables
  • Stay informed on current tax regulations and ensure compliance standards are met
  • Contribute to business development and firm visibility within the market

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Active CPA license (required)
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in public accounting
  • Prior experience at Senior Manager or Principal level (minimum)
  • Proven client relationship management skills with ability to manage engagements end to end
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with ProSystems, Guided Assurance, and QuickBooks (required)
