Job Description

Gpac is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Concrete Project Manager on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of mega structural concrete experience and a proven ability to oversee large-scale commercial projects. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, safety, and teams to ensure successful project completion.

Pay 150K-200K DOE

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of mega structural concrete projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee safety compliance and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and teams.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of structural concrete project experience.
• Strong leadership and technical expertise.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent preferred.
