Complex Litigation Attorney Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Complex Litigation Attorney with at least three years of litigation experience to handle a diverse and challenging caseload primarily focused on employment law, while also working on business and real estate litigation matters. The ideal candidate possesses strong legal research and writing skills, sharp analytical abilities, and excellent advocacy both in and out of the courtroom. This role requires someone who can manage multiple cases efficiently and is comfortable handling all aspects of litigation, from pleadings and discovery to motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. The right candidate will have a proactive approach to case strategy, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier legal representation to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
• Advise businesses on employment matters, including wrongful termination, wage & hour disputes, harassment, and discrimination claims.
• Manage business and real estate litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership disputes, and real property issues.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Participate in settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial as needed.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment, business, and/or real estate litigation.
• Proven experience in managing and preparing cases for trial.
• Direct trial experience a plus.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking.
