Key Responsibilities

  • Design and specify tooling, gaging, and machinery used in manufacturing.
  • Review and evaluate existing production equipment, hardware, and tooling; recommend repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Assist in developing new processes, methods, and production controls to enhance efficiency.
  • Install and validate new equipment, ensuring proper operation; provide training for operators.
  • Prepare operations manuals for new or existing equipment.
  • Stay updated on emerging manufacturing technologies and equipment; implement innovative solutions to improve processes.
  • Support the development and submission of customer quotes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (required).
  • Experience: Minimum of three years as a Manufacturing Engineer (required).
  • Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of CNC milling and turning processes.
  • Proficiency in CAM software and CNC programming.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with manufacturing equipment.
  • Familiarity with production principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Work Schedule

  • 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
  • Day shift, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed
