• Ready to lead on your own after time as an assistant PM
• A related four-year degree
• Open to travel

What You Will Handle

• Set up job plans and safety plans
• Be the main contact for designers
• Plan phasing and coordinate trades
• Manage changes, billing and forecasts
• Mentor junior staff
