Qualifications

  • Licensed in the State of Maryland. Licensure in DC and/or Virginia is a plus
  • 3+ years practicing family law or litigation experience with an interest in transitioning to family law
  • Excellent with time management and use of calendar
  • Ability to develop case strategy
  • Comfortable in a courtroom

 

Responsibilities

  • Billable hour target 1550
  • Manage family law cases within firm policies and procedures
  • Ability to take full ownership of case strategy
  • Review discovery responses, financial statements and evaluate
  • Present arguments in court
