We are partnered with a mid-size law firm that is seeking an experienced litigator with 3-6 years of experience in private practice. A successful candidate will have interest in commercial litigation and enjoy working as a team.
Ideal candidate-
- Experience with commercial and business litigation is an added plus
- Practice will handle government contract disputes, management and employer-side labor and employment litigation, trade secrets, misappropriation claims, commercial contract disputes, business torts, construction disputes, government investigations and real estate disputes
- Admitted to practice in DC, Maryland and/ or Virginia
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule out of the DC Metro area
