Quality Manager

About the Role We’re seeking a Quality Manager to lead QA/QC in a hydraulic manufacturing environment. You’ll oversee quality systems, audits, inspections, and compliance with ISO/ASME standards while driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead quality systems, audits, and testing.
Manage documentation, compliance, and reporting.
Drive root cause analysis and CAPA.
Train staff and ensure supplier quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (required).
5+ years in manufacturing quality management.
ISO/ASME knowledge; welding/fabrication background a plus.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
