CAD Designer – AutoCAD/Revit
We’re seeking a CAD Designer with 1+ years of experience and certification in AutoCAD or Revit to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in residential construction design while contributing to exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities
Take all company residential drawings and accurately integrate them into the design system
Create and modify detailed 2D/3D drawings and models using AutoCAD and/or Revit
Prepare construction documents, layouts, and technical drawings for residential projects
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs are accurate and meet specifications
Organize and maintain drawing files, updates, and revisions
Qualifications
1+ years of CAD design/drafting experience (internship, academic, or professional)
Certification in AutoCAD or Revit (required)
Ability to read and interpret residential blueprints and specifications
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
Team player eager to learn and grow
