What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, schedules, and overall project execution
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and field teams
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Drive project profitability while maintaining safety and quality standards

What They’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience
  • Background managing HVAC and plumbing construction projects
  • Strong financial, scheduling, and leadership abilities
  • Experience with estimating/project software platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Someone who wants long-term career growth with a stable organization
