Job Title: Plaintiff Employment Attorney (3+ Years Experience preferred)

A well-regarded plaintiff-side employment law firm in Sacramento is seeking an experienced and passionate Employment Attorney to join its team. The position offers a hybrid workstyle, allowing for both remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent employees in a broad range of employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and PAGA/class actions.

Handle all phases of litigation including case strategy, discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.

Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.

Provide clear, compassionate guidance to clients navigating difficult employment situations.

Participate in negotiations, mediations, and court appearances as needed.
Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active California Bar license in good standing

3+ years of experience in employment law litigation, preferably on the plaintiff side

Strong writing and oral advocacy skills

Self-starter with the ability to manage cases independently and collaborate with a small, dedicated team
