- Exceptional Base Salary: $95,000 - $120,000+ Annually (Commensurate with experience and trial proficiency).

The Role: Impactful Work on Complex Cases
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of dedicated Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal experience, with a proven track record of supporting trial attorneys through all phases of high-stakes litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation Management: Proactively manage case files from the initial complaint through trial/settlement, adhering strictly to King County/Washington State Civil Rules and deadlines.
- Discovery Mastery: Draft, finalize, and propound complex discovery (Interrogatories, RFPs, Requests for Admission), and prepare detailed, well-supported responses.
- Medical Evidence: Efficiently order, organize, summarize, and analyze voluminous medical records, medical billing, and insurance documentation to build comprehensive damage narratives.
- Trial & Hearing Preparation: Coordinate all aspects of trial preparation, including preparing complex exhibits, managing witness/expert witness schedules, issuing subpoenas, and organizing critical demonstrative evidence.
- Pleadings & Motions: Draft standard motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence (e.g., Notices, Stipulations, Orders, Demand Letters) with minimal supervision.
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, experts, and opposing counsel with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Paralegal, with significant experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury and civil litigation in Washington State courts.
- Technical Acumen: High proficiency in legal case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, Needles, etc.), e-filing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Detail-Oriented: Flawless organization, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
