This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate litigator—whether from a plaintiff or defense background—who is committed to advocating for injury victims and securing justice.
Position Details:
Title: Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney
Experience Level: 3–10 years of personal injury litigation experience
Location: Washington State (must be licensed to practice in WA)
Trial Experience: Required
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through resolution
Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and trials
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
Negotiate settlements and pursue the best outcomes for clients
Collaborate with a skilled legal team in a client-first environment
