Lead Estimator – Mechanical & Industrial Piping
Location: St. Louis, MO

A well-established mechanical contractor in St. Louis is hiring a Lead Estimator to take full ownership of its preconstruction process. Specializing in industrial/process piping, HVAC, and plumbing, this firm is looking for someone who brings expertise, initiative, and leadership—someone who can run the estimating department and help drive strategic project wins.
Leading all aspects of mechanical and piping estimates, from scope review and takeoffs to pricing and final proposal
Coordinating closely with project managers and leadership to shape winning strategies
Analyzing drawings and specs, identifying risk, and ensuring competitive, accurate numbers
Setting internal standards and mentoring junior estimators (if applicable)
Playing a key role in preconstruction and business development efforts
