The Envelope PM manages exterior scope packages, ensuring correct installation, sequencing, and performance quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee façade, waterproofing, and cladding installations
Track project costs, vendor deliveries, and submittal status
Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality verification
Lead communication with design teams on envelope details
Qualifications:
4–7 years building envelope or exterior systems experience
