Position Summary:
The Senior Superintendent leads on-site operations from groundbreaking to closeout, ensuring safety, production, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily site operations, sequencing, and subcontractor supervision
Maintain production goals, safety procedures, and quality standards
Support schedule updates, manpower planning, and logistics coordination
Lead onsite meetings with owners, architects, and inspectors
Drive field problem-solving and documentation requirements
Qualifications:
8–12+ years commercial field supervision
Experience leading multi-million-dollar commercial builds
