Position Summary:
The Concrete PM manages cost, schedule, materials, and field performance across multiple concrete-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee structural and flatwork concrete operations
Plan manpower needs, formwork sequencing, and pour schedules
Track cost performance, production, and schedule milestones
Manage subcontractor scopes and procurement needs
Maintain owner and design team communication
Qualifications:
5+ years concrete-focused construction management experience
