The Procurement Manager oversees purchasing, subcontractor contracts, material tracking, and supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement schedules for materials and equipment
Oversee contract issuance, scope alignment, and compliance
Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing terms
Track lead times, delivery schedules, and material availability
Qualifications:
4–7 years construction procurement or project support experience
