Our client — a rapidly growing food producer with multiple U.S. locations — is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee end-to-end plant operations, elevate performance, and champion continuous improvement.

This is a strategic, hands-on role offering the opportunity to make major impact across production, safety, people leadership, maintenance, reliability, and customer delivery.


💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations for a high-volume food production facility

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans & KPI improvements

  • Ensure delivery of SQF/FDA/USDA compliance, food safety & quality systems

  • Drive Lean, TPM, Kaizen initiatives across all lines & teams

  • Build & coach high-performing teams across multiple departments

  • Partner cross-functionally to improve Service Level, Yield & Throughput


✔️ Ideal Background

  • 10+ years in Food/CPG manufacturing leadership roles

  • Experience overseeing 100+ employees within a production facility

  • Strong knowledge of USDA/SQF/GMP environments

  • Proven track record delivering operational excellence
