A well-established firm is looking for a Senior Litigation Associate with 6+ years of experience handling complex business and commercial disputes in their St. Louis office. The position offers the opportunity for substantial client contact, case management, and leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Lead case strategy and manage litigation teams
Represent clients in state and federal courts
Conduct depositions, hearings, and trial work
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admitted (or eligible for admission) in Missouri
6+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on business or commercial disputes
Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
