Custom Applicator in Geneseo

Job Description

A well-established Ag retailer is actively seeking a Custom Applicator.  This individual will be responsible for safely operating heavy Ag equipment to apply fertilizer and crop protection products to farmers fields.  

Custom Applicator Responsibilities:

• Field application of crop protection and plant nutrient products
• Repair and maintain company equipment
• Effectively communicate with farmers and agronomists
• Occasionally mix and blend chemical and fertilizer
• Maintain application/spray records
• Calibration of fertilizer and spraying equipment
• Follow all safety procedures

Custom Applicator Background Requirements:

• Prior experiences in operating large Ag equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Ability to obtain Class A CDL and Custom Applicators License
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
